Invoice Bridge app-charge refund policy

Scope and cancellation

Robert Collie, operating as Fortylights, provides Invoice Bridge. The standard plan is $20 USD every 30 days or $220 USD per year per connected store and Pipedrive company. Shopify presents and collects approved app charges. This policy covers app charges, not a merchant's customer invoices, products, deposits, shipping, or refunds.

Cancel through Invoice Bridge or Shopify before renewal and check the result. Cancellation stops future renewals according to platform rules. It does not itself refund a used period, reverse a customer transaction, cancel every invoice, or release every reservation. Shopify shows any trial and its renewal terms before approval. Used periods are reviewed under this policy.

Mistakes and material service failures

Promptly report a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized app charge, or a material failure of the paid service, to rob@fortylights.com. Include the workspace, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send customer records or credentials. We may arrange secure verification of the charge and your authority.

We will review corrections for incorrect charges and a reasonable refund for a materially unusable affected period that we could not resolve. Review is not automatic approval of every request. Approved adjustments follow Shopify's available refund or credit procedures. We will explain the result and any difference between a refund and an app credit. We will not require a new charge to correct an earlier charge.

Rights that still apply

Mandatory refund, cancellation, dispute, and consumer rights and applicable platform rules still apply. This policy does not authorize a merchant to charge a buyer again or refund a sale without checking the source transaction. TEST subscriptions are non-billable and do not establish a live refund transaction.
