Invoice Bridge service providers

DreamHost

DreamHost provides the US East unmanaged VPS that hosts Invoice Bridge and the Fortylights support mailbox. Its unmanaged VPS service excludes automated backups. DreamHost's Customer Data Processing Addendum is part of its service agreement. Any infrastructure recovery copies follow the provider's terms. Invoice Bridge manages its encrypted ledger backups separately.

Shopify sends customer invoice email in the default flow. Fortylights uses its DreamHost mailbox for support.

Merchant platforms

The merchant separately selects and authorizes Shopify and Pipedrive as source platforms. Shopify supplies checkout, payments, and invoice email when that transport is selected. Pipedrive supplies CRM records, panels, and assigned activities. Their agreements and processing locations apply. Neither platform is presented as an independent security certification for Invoice Bridge.

Other providers

Invoice Bridge does not send merchant customer records to advertising, analytics, AI, or public documentation services.
